Homeschooled Students
We encourage homeschooled students and students from nonaccredited high schools to apply to the University of Oregon. To be considered for admission, you need to meet the following requirements:
- Complete either the SAT with a minimum score of 1,540 or the ACT (including the optional writing component) with a minimum score of 22
- Take the SAT Subject Tests in Math I or II, and a second test of your choice. Earn a total score of at least 940 for the two tests
- Demonstrate second-language proficiency as described under Freshman Admission Information
To apply to the UO, complete the admissions application as if you had attended an accredited high school. On the page to list college-level coursework, provide your official score reports for the SAT or ACT.
